Gartenamt
Club management for German allotment gardens
Plots, tenants, inspections, appraisals, water and electricity billing: Gartenamt brings the administrative work of a German allotment garden club (Kleingartenverein) into one application. It runs on the club PC or a NAS. No cloud, no subscription. Member data stays with the club. The source is available, and noncommercial use is free.
Gartenamt grew out of work in my own allotment garden club, where I coordinate plot handovers as an appraiser. The usual forms are cumbersome and time-consuming. That led to a web app which brings those tasks together.
